    專業室內設計師應俱備教育及經驗資格,能夠識別、研究及有創意地解決與室內環境功能及品質有關的問題。

     能利用本身對室內工程施工, 建築方法及組成, 建築條例、工具、材料及家俱的專業知識, 而執行室內設計服務, 包括策劃, 設計分析, 空間規劃, 美學及正地施工視察,制定與室內設計有關的圖紙及文件。

國際室內設計師聯盟協會 ( IFI ) 設計師專業守則

International indoor stylist alliance association (IFI) stylist codes


       國際室內設計師聯盟協會,平面設計協會國際議會及工業設計協會國際議會設計師專業守則約規目的,此約規目的旨在說明與設計慣例有關的國際道德規範和基本操守, 此約規並已廣為國際室內設計師聯盟協會,平面設計協會國際議會及工業設計協會國際議會所接受,定義在此約規內設計師一詞。

會員團體及協會責任

       國際室內設計師聯盟協會,平面設計協會國際議會及工業設計協會國際議會的任何會員, 無論工作於任何國家, 均需遵守國際規約和當地的約規。

1.  設計師對社會的責任

a.  設計師應以其事業知識, 推動社會及提高美學準則。

b.  設計師應以其事業知識, 令生態環境能達至最佳平衡為責任。

c.  行為應跟其專業尊嚴及名譽相稱。

d.  不應作出與專業責任有低觸之行為。
 

The designer to social responsibility

a.  Designers should with its business knowledge, promote social and improve the aesthetic standards.

b.  Designers should with its business knowledge, make the ecological environment can reach the optimal balance for responsibility.

c.  Deeds should be with its professional dignity and honorary proportion.

d.  Should not make and professional responsibility has low touch of behavior.

 


2.  設計師對客戶的責任

      應以其專業職責顧及客戶利益為本。 
在未有知會客戶前,不可同時為經營相同行業的客戶工作,若此為當地工作傳統慣例則例外。 
在未得客戶同意前, 不可向外界洩露客戶所經營行業內的知識, 經營方針, 生產方法, 公司架構等資料, 並有責任約束屬下員工將以上資料保密。

3.  設計師對同業的責任

a.  不可利用割價或其他不平等的合作條款, 直接或間接取替其他設計師所承  辦的項目, 未有知會有關設計師前, 亦不可接受其他設計師正在進行的工作。

不可毀壞同業聲譽, 並且對同業的設計應給與中肯和公平的評價, 不應給與  惡意的批評。 
c.  不應盜用或協助客戶盜用他人設計資料。


   Designer to each responsibility

4.   設計師酬勞。

a.  不可為客戶工作而不收取任何費用, 非謀利或義務慈善機構則例外。

b.  在接受新任務前, 應詳細向客戶解釋任何有關費用計算的方法。

c.  不可因為推薦其他設計師而收取任何介紹費。

d.  若因為某商品或服務而獲取任何利益或回佣, 必須事前知會客戶或僱主。


 Stylist reward.

a.   Do not work for the customer, without fee, non-profit organization or obligation to charity is an exception.

b.   In accepting new before the mission to customers, should detailed explanation of any relevant cost calculation method.

c.   Not because recommend other designers and collect any referral commission.

5.  比賽

a. 不可參加任何跟國際室內設計師聯盟協會,平面設計協會國際議會及工業設計協會國際議會以定下的條例不相符的比賽。

6.  宣傳

a. 所有廣告或宣傳內容應與事實相符, 應對客戶及其同業公正, 兼備專業尊嚴。

b. 在與專業身份無低觸的情況下, 設計師方可讓客戶使用其名字於廣告或宣傳刊物內。

c. 設計師不可將其名字聯系於客戶已修改而跟原創意不符的設計作品上,國際室內設計師聯盟協會,平面設計協會國際議會及工業設計協會國際議會共同編印。
